RR15 flyer image

One of our most popular events of the year, the 11th annual Forestry and Wildlife Research Review packed a full day of new and emerging research that natural resource managers can apply on the ground. This year’s review included new research on Minnesota’s moose population, red pine ecology and management, black ash management, woody biomass harvesting, a statewide disturbance history assessment, LiDAR for fisher and marten habitat assessment and timber harvest site analysis, forest dead wood analysis and more. The day included oral and poster presentations as well as ample time to discuss research applications with colleagues and presenters.
