Needs Assessment Discussion Series - Forest Carbon Theme

We are holding a handful of open meetings over the course of two months for SFEC members to discuss educational content needs. In each hour-long meeting we will focus on a different content theme of our ongoing needs assessment, briefly going over survey results before opening the floor to gather ideas related to content and event formats from attendees.

2024 Forestry and Wildlife Research and Practice Review

February 21, 9am - 4:30pm

The purpose of the Research and Practice Review is to present new applied research relevant to regional natural resource managers, with a focus on silviculture, forest management, and forest-associated wildlife. This focus includes research related to policy, economics, inventory, remote sensing, and other topics pertaining to forests and associated natural resources.
